Supervising Style:

I am a collaborative and strengths-based supervisor. I strive to create a warm, supportive, positive space where you can develop into the therapist you want to be. I am familiar with many different family therapy orientations, and will work with you to develop your own style and skillset.

I encourage my supervisees to practice developing 3 main skill sets:

  • Therapeutic Alliance

  • Evidence-based and supported interventions

  • Self-care and work-life balance
